Container Security Box CSB^® - A patented plug & play solution
Why?

Over 365 million containers travel across the world daily. More than ninety percent are not personally owned, but rented and are only used in one-way transports. This means, that one has to rent a container, load it up in one city, transport it to another city, unload it, and send it on its journey to another location in the world.

The issues are clear. The containers with possible valuable goods are not supervised or controlled during their transports, leaving them vulnerable to organized crime world-wide.

Furthermore, containers are open to terroristic exploitation which is becoming increasingly important considering new safety regulations and overall security issues.

In 2004, Rainer Koch Kommunikation GmbH developed the Container Security Box as a plug & play solution targeting exactly the above mentioned concerns. Since our successful test period in October 2005, several international companies started using the CSB® for their transports. (please see references for further information) Since October of 2008 CSB is an officially licensed product of CSB Technologies GmbH.
